Placer quelque billes de cuissons sur un peux de papier sulfurisé avant d’enfourner pour 5 minutes environs, ils doivent être dorés. Ensuite retirer les billes et remettre au four une dizaine de minutes encore. Laisser refroidir avant de démouler pour éviter de casser.
  5. Une fois refroidis, placer une cuillère à café de confiture au fond des cups suivie d’un petit pochage au choix et replacer au frais jusqu’à dégustation. C’est prêt!
  6. 💡 re faire un creux au centre des cups avec le dos d’une cuillère à la sortie du four si nécessaire ou si vous n’avez pas de billes de cuisson. 💡ils sont petits mais très gourmands, ne vous fier pas à l’apparence. 💡 réaliser une chantilly simple ou au chocolat pour plus de légèreté.
