S'il reste du curd, le verser dans une poche sans douille, pour la déco. (mais c'est facultatif). Réserver au frais 30 minutes au moins.
  5. La chantilly : Sortir le saladier et les fouets du congélateur, verser la crème bien froide dans le saladier et monter le tout en chantilly. Verser le sucre et finir de monter la chantilly bien ferme. Mettre dans une poche munie d'une douille cannelée et pocher sur le curd. Couper la pointe de la poche garnie du curd et décorer la chantilly en filet de curd.
  6. Enfin décorer de petit quartiers d'oranges ou feuilles de menthe, et réserver au frais jusqu'au moment de servir. La crème se déguste bien froide.
