  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°C Dans un saladier casser 3 œufs entiers, ajouter une pincée de sel et le sucre, blanchir le tout.
  2. Ajouter la ricotta et fouetter.
  3. Ajouter la fécule de maïs tamisée et fouetter
  4. Ajouter la farine tamisée en 2 parties et la levure chimique fouetter jusqu'à l'obtention d'une pâte homogène.
  5. Laver, dénoyauter et couper en petits morceaux 8 abricots, si vous souhaitez réaliser la recette avec des pêches dans ce cas 3 🍑 Les ajouter à la pâte et mélanger le tout. Préparer un moule à charnière de 24cm, tapisser le fond de papier cuisson, beurrer le fond et les bords, verser la pâte, bien l'ètaler.
  6. Pour la déco couper quelques abricots en tranches, décorer selon votre fantaisie. Au four à 180°C +/-40 à 45min tout dépend de votre four, laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
