- Tapisser les plats de votre choix d’une feuille de lasagne, verser une couche de préparation aux légumes, renouveler les opérations jusqu’à épuisement des lasagnes et de la crème
- Détailler la mozzarella en fines tranches, en couvrir les lasagnes, déposer les asperges entières, saupoudrer du reste de parmesan
- Enfourner +- 20 mn, selon votre four, en surveillant la cuisson
- A la sortie du four, au moment de servir, couvrir les plats de roquette
