- Once tomatoes become mashy, add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Saute it. Add 1 cup of water.
- Allow to boil and add the steamed dal mixture. Add salt and water. Adjust the consistency.
- Allow to boil. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. Tasty Vadacurry is ready. Serve with aappam, idli or dosa.
