- Après le 1er temps de pause, préchauffer le four à 200°C fariner légèrement le plan de travail, travailler un peu le pâton, former 6 boules, les placer sur une plaque avec une feuille de cuisson, couvrir d'un linge humide, minimum 3hr.
- Après le second temps de pause, dans un bol ajouter un jaune d'œuf+ 2cs de lait, mélanger et en badigeonner les Buns, parsemer de graines de sésame. Au four à 200°C, 18min, laisser refroidir avant de garnir.
