  3. Faire revenir un oignon dans un filet d’huile d’olive. Ajouter l’ail puis la butternut (ou de la patate douce) coupée en petit cube, le piment doux fumé et le concentré de tomate. Ajouter un fond d’eau et cuire doucement. En fin de cuisson ajouter la crème, le tamari, les graines de tournesol et la moutarde. Mélanger sans écraser la butternut.
  4. Écraser à la fourchette une partie de haricots puis mélanger les tous avec la butternut. Ajouter la semoule de couscous crue.
  5. Monter le pâté en croûte en étalant au préalable la pâte. La mettre dans un moule rectangulaire et remplir avec la préparation ou bien directement sur une feuille de papier cuisson, former un bloc rectangulaire avec la préparation, replier les nord et retourner le pâté ainsi obtenu.
  6. Cuire 35 à 40 minutes, four a 180 degrés, sans oublier d’avoir fait une petite cheminée sur le dessus du pâté pour laisser s’échapper la vapeur. Mettre à refroidir et le manger froid ou le réchauffer au moment de servir.
