  2. Dans la cuve inox munie de sa lame, mettre 2 cs d'huile d'olive et lancer EXPERT 1 MN / VIT 2A /140°.
  3. Ajouter les tomates et lancer EXPERT 5 MN / VIT 2A / 140°.
  4. Ajouter le riz er lancer EXPERT 1 MN / VIT 2A /140°.
  5. Ajouter l'eau, le cube légumes, l cc de curcuma, saler, poivrer et lancer EXPERT 18 MN / VIT 2A / 120°.
  6. Pendant ce temps, dans une poêle, faire chauffer 1 cs d'huile d'olive, y ajouter les aubergines, 1 cs d'eau, la sauce tomate aux pts légumes (le tube entier), 1 cs de ciboulette, 1 cs de basilic, saler, poivrer et cuire à feux moyens en mélangeant bien pendant une vingtaine de minutes.
  7. Dans la cuve inox, ajouter environ 40 g de parmesan râpé et lancer EXPERT 1 MN / VIT 3 / 0°.
  8. Dans votre plat à gratin préalablement huilé, déposer la moitié des aubergines, saupoudrer d'un peu de parmesan râpé, recouvrir avec la totalité du riz à la tomate et verser le reste des aubergines. Saupoudrer le tout du reste de parmesan râpé et enfourner à 200° pendant 15 mn environ (+ou- selon votre four)
  9. Servir à l'assiette en saupoudrant de ciboulette ciselée.... Ici accompagné de salade verte et omelette.
  10. Vous pouvez ajouter 1 oignon et 2 gousses d'ail à ce plat en les faisant rissoler à l'étape 1 pendant 4 mn après les avoir épluchés et dégermés. Vous pourrez alors suprimer le curcuma que je mets dans mes plats en remplacement de l'ail et l'oignon auxquels je suis intolérante. Si vous n'avez pas l'accessoire «cubes et bâtonnets», vous pouvez émincer les légumes au disque 2.
