- 1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 Egg,sugar, refine oil, 1cup milk.
- 2. whisk well making sure brown sugar dissolves completely.
- 3. further, add 240 gram wheat flour, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp Butter scotch essence,1/2 tbsp cardamom powder,pinch salt.
- 4. sieve all together making sure there are no lumps.
- 5. mix well with cut and fold method until all the dry ingredients combine well with the mixture..
- 6. furthermore, add 6 tbsp truti fruti
- 7. fold gently making sure the dry fruits are mixed well.
- 8. Grease the cake tin with butter and sprinkle wheat flour and add the better
