Poser la terrine dans un bain marie d’eau chaude allant au four.
- Cuire la terrine de poisson au bain marie durant 1 heure à 180 degrés. Retirer le papier d’aluminium et remettre à cuire 15 minutes à 220 degrés afin de finir la cuisson.
- Laisser refroidir minimum 4 heures avant de déguster. Présenter soit la terrine complète, soit découpée en tranches et accompagner d’une sauce froide de votre choix.
