  9. Calories ==> 190 kcal pour la verrine
  10. 14 g protéines
  11. 22 g glucides
  12. 4 g lipides
  13. 5 g fibres

Instructions to make to make 🌾☕ OVERNIGHT COFFEE ☕🌾

  1. ☕ On commence par verser le café dans une verrine ou verre, on y ajoute 1g de cacao en poudre, et on mélange pour bien le dissoudre. On rajoute ensuite le sirop d'érable, puis le lait, et on mélange à nouveau. Ensuite on verse les graines de chia et les flocons d'avoines, et on mélange une nouvelle fois. On finit en y incorporant 50g de skyr, et on hésite pas à bien mélanger le tout pour que ce soit bien homogène.
  2. On place ensuite la verrine au frigo pour environ 4h, ou pour la nuit si on l'a préparée la veille.
  3. Le lendemain, sortir la verrine du frigo, et y ajouter les autres 50g de skyr pour former une jolie couche sur laquelle on va saupoudrer les 1g de cacao en poudre restant. Voilà, c'est prêt à être dévoré sans aucune culpabilité !!! 😉
