- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp hot water
- for Sugar syrup--
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water

- Sieve the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and soda bicarb.
