  8. Au bout de quelques minutes de cuisson, vérifier la consistance de la confiture soit à l'aide d'un thermomètre il faut cuire la confiture à 104 degrés pour que celle-ci soit bien cuite, personnellement, je préfère le test de l'assiette froide sortant du frigo!!
  9. Déposer une assiette dans le réfrigérateur ou au congélateur, quelques minutes avant de commencer la confiture, puis au moment de vérifier la cuisson de la confiture, verser quelques gouttes sur l'assiette, si celle-ci est bien cuite les gouttes figent instantanément.
  10. Mettre en pot de suite, fermer le couvercle et retourner les pots de manière à stériliser l'air et le couvercle afin de ne pas avoir de moisissures, retourner les pots environ 30 minutes plus tard.
  11. Et voilà, à vous les petits déjeuner avec ce fruits rouge trop méconnu car succulent et totalement gratuit!!
